Christ Church is the Anglican church serving the parish of Ellerslie and Mt Wellington
As a community of faith we aim to:

- share God’s love as we serve the needs of the community
Christ Church has served the district faithfully for over 130 years.
The church is one of the oldest buildings in Ellerslie and has been an important part of Ellerslie Village since 1883. Christ Church has been acknowledged by the Maungakiekie Community Board as a heritage building. It is regularly included in the local Heritage Walk, and is renowned for its beautiful stained glass windows, making it a popular choice for weddings and baptisms.

Our regular Family Service takes place every Sunday at 9:30am. All are very welcome. Special services and events are held regularly too, so check our notices for information on these.
We are proud of our traditional, evangelical Anglican roots, and seek to enliven these with creativity, authenticity and relevance. We hope you enjoy our friendly atmosphere.
